If I happen to Manifest a planeswalker or other noncreature permanent, could I exile it and have it return face up using a card like Skybind? While I'm here, what if it's an instant or sorcery?
Yes you can flicker and blink manifests. They will usually re-enter face up, however if an instant or sorcery would enter the battlefield, it remains in its previous zone instead causing it to remain in exile.
