Can Feldon of the Third Path reanimate the Eldrazi Titans?

The Eldrazi titans read "When X is put into a graveyard from anywhere, its owner shuffles his or her graveyard into his or her library." Would I be able to respond to the ability being put onto stack by using Feldon's ability to reanimate him? Much like how you can do it with Goryo's Vengeance

Yes, that would work. As the titan would go into the graveyard, then the ability would go on the stack, and you would be able use Feldon's ability to make a copy of that titan.
But feldon's ability does not reanimate it, he just makes an artifact copy of it.
