Burgeoning and MDFC Lands

Hello everyone!
if I control a Burgeoning and an opponent plays a land, can I put a MDFC wich has a land on its back face (like Bala Ged Sanctuary) from my hand into play?
I couldn't find that in errata or rules, so please help me if you guys know

Because the effects of cards such as Growth Spiral and Burgeoning specifically say to "put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield", you will not be able to put a MDFC on the battlefield if the front face is not a land. In any zone other than the battlefield or the stack, a MDFC only has the characteristics of its front face.
Relevant Rules:
- 711.1d A modal double-faced card’s front face is marked by a front-face symbol in its upper left corner. The front-face symbol is a single black triangle inside a sideways teardrop.
- 711.1e A modal double-faced card’s back face is marked by a back-face symbol in its upper left corner. The back-face symbol is two white triangles inside a sideways teardrop.
- 711.1f Each face of a modal double-faced card includes a hint bar in the lower left corner with information about the opposite face. This is reminder text and has no effect on game play.
- 711.4a While a double-faced card is outside the game or in a zone other than the battlefield or stack, it has only the characteristics of its front face.

Effects that say "you may play a land" or "play an additional land" or things like that (such as Exploration) would allow you to play MDFC lands. Effects that say things to the tune of "put a land onto the battlefield," (such as Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath or Growth Spiral) would not because while it is in you hand it is technically not a land (unless you have one of the pathways).
Burgeoning unfortunately falls into the latter category, so you would not be able to put a MDFC card onto the battlefield.
