Assault Suit + Goblin Welder

An artifact creature Myr token is equipped with Assault Suit and is then targeted by a Goblin Welder along with a Sol Ring in the graveyard. I assume the Myr will remain, but will the Sol Ring be brought back?

Yes, the Sol Ring will be brought back and the token will remain in play. The ability will fail if either target has become illegal, but you are free to target an unsacrificable creature just as you're free to target Darksteel Myr with Terminate . It's a valid choice, it's just that nothing happens.
