First, is Phage the Untouchable a Zombie or an Avatar? Depress it depends on which set I'm using, or is it the latest printed?

Next, if I Murder my Phage the Untouchable , while I have a Endless Whispers , I would win during the next end step, correct??

1. Always go by the Oracle wording of any card to figure out its official rules text. You can find Oracle text on Gatherer. In this specific case, since Phage the Untouchable 's oracle text is that she's an Avatar Minion, she is an Avatar Minion, regardless of which printing of the card you use.

2. That's correct, though they'd lose at the end of your turn, rather than the start of theirs.. When Phage dies, if you can target your opponent with Endless Whispers , then she will enter under their control at the end step. Her first ability will trigger, because she entered the battlefield from your graveyard instead of your hand, and since your opponent controls Phage when she enters, they control the trigger and will lose.
