Mystical teachings style deck?

How would I build a deck around Mystical Teachings ? Should it be centered around Dizzy Spell ? And what is the best colors for the deck? (Example: dimir, izzet, sultai, etc)

Literally any color combination can play teachings control. It all depends on what you want to do in order to control the game. I think you want to pair it with red, as having the option to fetch Magmatic Sinkhole is great. Other than that, you can pair it with anything. Even Teachings Tron sounds like a great idea.

What type of finished should I use in a grixis Teachings deck Boza?

Tron lands are common and 5-color tron is a tier 1 deck in current meta.
There are no instants or cards with flash that are particular good as finishers, but given that you need a lot of mana in teachings deck, you can use something like Kaervek's Torch to finish somebody off or casting a fat Ulamog's Crusher should seal the deal.

yeah, play tron. it's a good deck. Dizzy Spell is only good if it's a buildaround, as, if you want to use it as a Demonic Tutor , your deck needs to be entirely 1cmc.

Or you could play Fangren Marauder , Chromatic Star , Chromatic Sphere , Ancient Stirrings and play green-based Tron. There are endless tron possibilities.

That is a cool base, and you got a couple of cool green tron cards like grazer and rotation. When you include the chromatic artifacts, you can also include all other colors you want, some utility lands like a Bojuka Bog and Haunted Fengraf .
Additionally, remove 4 devastators, 4 blisterpods and 2 or 3 crushers (6 big dudes are quite enough), add 1 Rolling Thunder (+2,3 mountains instead of all forests); 4 Mulldrifter as it is incredibly good; 3 Prophetic Prism and 2-3 utility cards - Weather the Storm , Scour from Existence , Mnemonic Wall are examples of that.

Remove some of the fat - remove 4 devastators, 4 blisterpods and 2 crushers. Heck, even Mystical Teachings is a great toolbox to have. Makes Weather the Storm , Scour from Existence , Mnemonic Wall even better, but there are way more utility cards than that!

26 is a bit high, i would cut about 5 lands from this. Keep in mind your actual color requirements are extremely low and easily satisfied with your artifacts.

I think currently teachings is being played more as a 1-2 of tutor spell and not really being built around. With how popular Arcum's Astrolabe is I don't think there's too much of a limit on colors.
