So when I was playing unstable draft, an opponent played More or Less targeting my Split Screen. What exactly happens?

They targeted the "whenever you do something that references a library", changing one to 0

I don't think anything happens as split screen is an etb effect so you can change the number but nothing will change

Changing the line of text "If anything refers to your library, choose one of your libraries for it" to "choose zero of your libraries", they would not be able to interact with their libraries until end of turn (no drawing, scrying, tutoring, etc).

Alternatively, if it is your own Split Screen, you could increase it by one, which, as far as I can tell, would allow you to draw/scry/tutor from two different libraries at once for that turn (according to rule 120.1, A player draws a card by putting the top card of his or her library into his or her hand). I'm not a judge, so feel free to correct me about the ramifications of changing it to "choose two of your libraries".
