Anti Sacrifice Outlets

Hey Guys. So my friend is playing with a lot of sacrifice outlets in his deck. Like for example Phyrexian Plaguelord. I can't think of any good ways around that. I can almost always counter activated abilities, but it would be easier if I there would actually be cards that prevent him from sacrificing creatures in the first place.
Well there is Angel of Jubilation wich basically is exactly what your looking for, if your playing white.

Haha well thank you. Angel of Jubilation sounds perfect. I just don't think I can fit it into my Mono-Blue EDH.I guess I have to resort to counter his sac outlets before they even hit the board. I just thought I might be missing something.

Relic of Progenitus can stop graveyard shenanigans and Cyclonic Rift can ruin board states. If he chooses to sacrifice in response to rift then you need to start exiling.

There's also Damping Matrix, Cursed Totem, and Pithing Needle.
Maybe Encrust, Stupefying Touch, or Voidmage Husher.

But really you just need to destroy his sacrifice outlets and if he reanimate them then make sure you have a way to exile cards from the GY.
