If Mirror Gallery, Mirror Box, Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, and Brothers Yamazaki can reference the "legend rule" complete with quotes, I think "commander tax" is acceptable. Myth Unbound might be another way, "Each commander costs less for each time it has been cast from the command zone this game."
