I'm attempting to build an ink-treader commander deck, my play group rule 0 them as legal commanders. I was wondering if Feather the Redeemed, and Kalamax are good includes
I was also looking into threaten effects and cantrips to just out value everyone, as well single target bounce and tap for control

Yes, things like Ancestral Anger would be insane in such a deck. You could include Storm cards like Astral Steel or Ground Rift to quickly maximize on Storm-Kiln Artist/Ral, Storm Conduit type effects. In fact, any Magecraft cards from Strixhaven (Archmage Emeritus comes to mind) will quickly put you over the top.

Yeah, Lab Maniac and Thoracle would be auto-includes in that kind of extended draw deck.

You can also use arcane effects to do some dumb stuff. For example, if you cast Kodama's Reach with a Blessed Breath spliced onto it targetting ink-treader, you will get a Kodama's reach for each creature on the battlefield due to how the splice mechanic works (which basically makes one spell with both effects so you have a Kodama's Reach that now targets).
Means that you can also use cards like Uproot to decimate a player's manabase (and mess up their draws), get an instant boardstate with Spiritual Visit or just generate a lot of mana with Desperate Ritual.

Sigil Blessing and Phalanx Tactics and then you don't have to actually do the combat math. It'll be enough.

You'd be silly not to include Feather and Kalamax, I think.
Equally important would be getting hexproof on your commander or every Murder sets you back to nothing... run Counterspells too! get right around 10 protection effects and see how it goes. You might increase or decrease over time from there.
