Watered down cEDH list

Hi,
I'm trying to get into cEDH and I found a list with the partner pairing of Bruse Tarl, Boorish Herder // Thrasios, Triton Hero
The list was super expensive (over 10k) so I had to take out all the OG dual lands and 0 cmc mana rocks so first thing I'd appreciate it if someone could look at the mana base and tell me if it's good or if I should change something (nothing over 60$ per card thx).
I'm also not sure about my wincons. I have a few listed in the deck's description if I could get suggestions on that too.
last thing is that I was wondering since I had to change so much if I was better off switching to a more hatebear deck with alternate or wins.

Gidgetimer That one was supposed to be removed. I thought I had a way to untap it but the card I wanted to use was only working on creatures and I forgot to remove it from the description.

Also, I notice it's in the deck, but doesn't Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy go infinite with Basalt Monolith? I'm no cEDH player, but it seems like it would.
And what do you think about Thousand-Year Elixir for the deck in general? Maybe it's not worth it, I don't know, but if you did get it down early it could speed up all the dorks quite a bit. Elixir is also great with Fauna Shaman that could help get Kinnan for the infinite combo, or to get a really good dockside or something. And maybe the classic combo of Dryad Arbor to go with Green Sun's Zenith for that sweet turn one ramp.
Again, I'm no cEDH player, so not sure.
Though I did see recently that there is an infinite treasures combo with Storm-Kiln Artist and Fury Storm which I guess can infinite copy on itself. I don't completely understand the rulings on fury storm, but I saw it on the cEDH TV youtube channel, and he went through that yep, it does work.

Land base looks pretty good.
I am a little confused on your third wincon, how are you untapping the Springleaf Drum?
If you are looking for back-ups on the infinite mana front, Rings of Brighthearth also produces infinite colorless with Basalt Monolith
