I am looking for commander legal cards that are walls of text, like Ice Cauldron or the new Gonti, Lord of Luxury. Looking for all colors, they just have to have a bunch of text on them.

Helm of Obedience comes to mind. Plus, it's actually a decent card.

I recall a few alpha/beta/etc cards were just littered with nonstop text.

cruel deck idea. I like it.
some off the top of my head and from a stack of cards in front of me are Sanctum of Ugin, Warping Wail, Oblivion Sower, Conduit of Ruin, Oath of Nissa, and Keranos, God of Storms. also don't know if unglued is in your playgroup but there is a wotc customer service card that has some tiny text.

So, this deck now needs like 15-16 cuts and a land base. That does not mean that I am not looking forward to seeing more of these awesome cards. I do need help with both the cuts and the land base. This is not intended to be competitive or really even have a win condition.

But you need a commander that has a wall or text himself, otherwise you're not fully living up to the flavor of your deck.
