Cloudblazer or Inspiring Overseer?

I have Cloudblazer in my Chulane, Teller of Tales EDH deck, because it provides significant advantage, which I can gain repeatedly with various other cards in that deck, but I am considering replacing that creature with Inspiring Overseer, since that creature is less expensive; the latter does have a lesser benefit, but it can be cast earlier, which may be advantageous.

Or, I could replace Elvish Visionary with the overseer, but I really like how the visionary costs only two mana, so I would be reluctant to make such a replacement.

What does everyone else say about this subject? Should I replace Cloudblazer with Inspiring Overseer, or leave the existing creature in my deck?

I recommend not to replace - Cloudblazer seems to better fit the curve. Unless your playgroup is fast and you need to develop a board presence quicker, Kaladesh scout is also more impactful than Inspiring Overseer

Honestly, Shrieking Drake is better than most of the cards you've already mentioned. But I agree with the above comment that Cloudblazer better fits the curve.

I agree that Cloudblazer is more impactful overall.

Consider adding Cloudstone Curio as well (I know it's pricy, but it really helps these kinds of decks).

Whitemane Lion and/or Stonecloaker and/or Venser, Shaper Savant to repeatedly trigger Chulane on opponent turns without needing a flash enabler. Venser can also be a wincon with Panharmonicon + Peregrine Drake, you have both.

Aether Channeler, choose from three different modes including draw a card, that's better than Inspiring Overseer. With 40 lands, Tatyova, Benthic Druid is a better 5 drop for draw/life than Cloudblazer. Cloudblazer needs a lot of extra mana/spell/effect to get repeatable value out of it, Tatyova just a land. You have Mulldrifter, don't need Cloudblazer.
