I'm unsure if it was stated before, but I would cut Retreat to Kazandu for Guardian project. Do keep in mind that they can respond to the trigger by killing your creature. When the trigger resolves, it checks to see if there is a creature with the same name. Given they killed your creature in response, you don't draw. It's a great card, I love it and think you should add it. But just keep that in mind.

I hadn't really thought about removing that card, I think that it is the easiest swap in the deck for sure. Thank you for that note about responses, good to have on hand.
