The Order of the Spider —June 1, 2021

I ordered a bunch of new cards, among them some for this deck. The following changes will be done when the order arrives:

Out // In

Crypt Incursion // Immersturm Predator

I need a little advice on what to take out for Kardur and Kazuul. The deck is slowly getting pretty tight with cards I'd consider to take out. I'm considering Quartzwood Crasher and Archfiend of Despair, but I'm very open to other ideas since I'd actually like to keep the two.

Edit:

I decided on actually exchanging the cards as mentioned above, but both Archfiend of Despair and Quartzwood Crasher will stay on the shortlist of cards to re-add if necessary.

Gleeock: Little addition regarding the Tantis'ing: While I'm generally looking forward to finally play a game again in general, I'm actually getting impatient because I want to play this deck so badly. So you could say Thantis has me in her web...

Nice, commander protection on a land. Great suggestion.

I'm excited for you to play it. It took me a while to learn the Jund kitchen-sink ways, but now the labor of love seems to be fun & impactful every time I play it. The key is that it usually is impactful on the game - which should hold true for your evolving build considering the list of cards I see. I like a list that always has a significant game impact even if the win isn't there

Gleeock: That's a lot how it feels from goldfishing. It will hopefully Jund'em quite a lot ;)

The deck has me fascinated. It really is open-ended, and I can come up with possible changes all the time. I'll propably add Yurlok of Scorch Thrash , Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs and Kardur, Doomscourge soon, and considering the deck then will have 12 legendary creatures, I'm also considering a Time of Need . I especially like Yurlok. He simply does everything the deck wants, and from his backstory, it feels as if he would totally partner with Thantis.
