Take out Brainstorm its trash

I have had the older Zurface Pro 3 and loved it. It was about four years old, I used it every day for comboing off and losing friends. I won turn 3 with it numerous times and it worked until my playgroup banned me from using it. I replaced it immediately and never considered another product. I could have gotten another Zurface Pro 3 for almost nothing but went for the jankier model. This one does everything the other did and so much more. I can’t put it down! I highly recommend this product to anyone. I take it to Monday night commander and use it there instead of the precon they supply. This can’t be beaten!

Kaldheim seems like it'll bring some more power to this deck. I'm very excited to see more spoilers. I'll wait until all cards are revealed to add new cards and update the deck

Hi there, I love your deck! congrats for making a fun zur. I have one suggestion, have you tried Unsettled Mariner?? it is somehow a protection lord, and it gets all the benefit from every lord without the need of AA.

mlequesne: That card was actually in a very early version of the deck. I liked it a lot when I first saw it, but it paled in comparison to cards like Lord of the Unreal. At the end of the day I decided it was worth it to use AA for complete hexproof, rather then simply “ward 1” with no AA. But I appreciate the thought, if you think of anything else I’m all ears.

I really like the idea of this deck! I am currently building a version of it myself. Have you considered Mirror Entity to act as a wincon with tokens?

Yes I have considered Mirror Entity. At first I loved it. It was in the deck for a while. I like the ides of simply using one mana to turn on all my creatures into all types. But there were a lot of non-bos because it only affects creatures currently in play. The buff from the ability wasn’t strong enough to justify dumping lots of mana in it. But I appreciate the advice. I hope your build works out!
