Bit by bit, very small bit though.... —March 10, 2017
I just got a few more cards in here, Threw out the Zulaports, for some new cards like Bloodbond Vampire and Campaign for Vengeance, The next step will surely be replacing the Blind Hunters with the Cliffhaven Vampires, getting more Shambling vents, Grasps of Darkness and Declaration in stone, I think that i should add another Tutor, since you always need a tutor,
Note: Devour Flesh, i added this into my deck because i like that i can force the enemy to remove his own creature, which goes around Indestructible, shroud and hexproof, I can also use it straight after he casts the creature, or i can use it on my creatures to get life and in combination with the Vizkopa's ability, that might be a finisher. Also i want to add 1 or 2 Sorin's Vengance in the Deck just as a finisher.
Thanks for the advice i really appreciate it, this current deck isn't complete, i am going to add a bunch more things to it, gonti is just there because he's better then most of my other choices, i want to add Ajani's Pridemate but i can't seem to find it nearby and i don't want to start buying online yet. All your advice is great, i agree with it, but with the recourses i got now this is the best i can do.

Ok, so from what I understand you want to buff your creatures when you gain life. I'll start with what I think you should cut and why for a few cards.
Zulaport Cutthroat doesn't really fit the theme. Yes he gains you life but only under a certain circumstance.
Gonti, Lord of Luxury does not really benefit your drain gain method.
Blind Hunter can be replaced by Cliffhaven Vampire he's more consistent and efficient and would do a lot more life loss than the hunter ever would.
I would add more in Ajani's Pridemate and maybe even add Vampire Nighthawk which goes nicely with Aerial Responder.
It looks like it's coming together nicely but like you said it's all over the place. I would sit down and really think about what exactly you want this deck to do. If you want more help or suggestions just hit me up! Also check out my deck for done ideas Got the life!
