Sssslick deck.

Caged Sun most of your creatures are green or gu. So this would help with ramping one of your colors (green) and making snakes bigger.

Coiling Oracle Snake plus card advantage.

Kydele, Chosen of Kruphix could work really well with Seshiro out, you could also add other equipment like Rogue's Gloves to attach to unblockable snakes, plus you also run coastal piracy and rhystic study for additional card draw. So Kydele could help ramp you each turn.

Thrasios, Triton Hero could be added if you want to help filter card draw/ramp.

Karametra's Acolyte could also help ramp since you have mostly green permanents.

I might remove a few lands, especially if adding in more draw/ramp. 36-38 is likely good enough.

You have a lot of lands. Since you have green and Kaseto's CMC is pretty low, maybe you should cut 4 to 7 of them. I'm also not sure if Archetype of Imagination and Archetype of Endurance are worth their mana costs.

Adaptive Automaton is another anthem for your snakes. Triumph of the Hordes is an excellent finisher. You also might have some luck with Blighted Agent or Blight Mamba. Also, Krosan Grip is excellent removal, and Swan Song, Arcane Denial, and Delay are good counterspells. Heroic Intervention is nice protection.

Some other cards you could try: Wings of Velis Vel, Amoeboid Changeling, Putrefax, Xenograft, Parallel Lives.

Thank you guys so much, do you have any suggestions for cuts?

Every Kaseto deck should be running Berserk, it lets you kill an opponent out of nowhere and can double as removal.

Stoneforge Masterwork can end games quickly when equipped to your commander, but is also amazing on anything when your field is big. Illusionist's Bracers is similarly amazing with Kaseto. Lightning Greaves let's you surprise your opponents while protecting your most important threats.

Here are some snakes I recommend: Sakura-Tribe Scout (good T1 ramp option), Skullwinder (amazing politics card), Nemesis of Mortals (cheap value snake in the late game).

I'd suggest getting rid of: Archetype of Imagination (I don't see a point to this card when Kaseto is your commander), Patron of the Orochi (it's slow and only makes green mana), Time of Need (I don't think tutoring your legends is necessary in this deck).

GoodLuckGuy, Do. Illusionist's Bracers work with Kaseto? I thought they only worked on tap abilities and the like

Okay, I just looked up "Define 'Mana Ability'" so I'll out them in.

Yes, Illusionist's Bracers works with Kaseto, when equipped, you can either target two creatures with its ability or target one to give +4/+4. It essentially doubles the amount of times you can activate it in a turn. It also works with Orochi Eggwatcher, Sakura-Tribe Elder, and Sakura-Tribe Scout.

any more cut suggestions GoodLuckGuy? I was looking at Creeping Renaissance.

Creeping Renaissance could certainly come out, although it doesn't strike me as a particularly weak card in this list.

Chord of Calling seems kind of unnecessary aswell, but again, not weak. Same goes for Worldly Tutor, unless there is sometthing I'm not getting about this deck, I don't think tutoring your creatures is SUPER necessary. That being said, you should keep Green Sun's Zenith, it's just great overall and doesn't make you wait or pay a large premium.

I also think this deck would benefit from focusing more on counterspells and control magic in general.

Sigil of Sleep would be good because you guarantee a hit. Cryptic Gateway might be expensive mana wise, but gives you free creatures at instant speed. I personally love Urza's Incubator for any tribal deck, it makes it easier to recast your commander aswell.

some more possible cuts could include

Gaea's Anthem, Call to the Kindred

Creeping Renaissance for Seasons Past? or go big with Praetor's Council!

Maybe add some ninja's for value with your commander's ability?

Ninja of the Deep Hours, Mistblade Shinobi, Sakashima's Student are good ones

Snake Basket is on tribal theme

On Cryptic Gateway and Urza's Incubator: I actually have quite a low snake count. On Snake Basket: Most of the time you don't have enough mana to make it worth it.On the Ninjas: They don't really contribute to my tribal strategy and the effects aren't good enough for me to put them in just to be able to get them in through ninjitsu,

July 6, 2017 12:54 p.m.

What about the cuts I suggested? Do you really need Gaea's Anthem? And if you like that effect why not add more cards that it benefits ie. Snake Basket. You don't need a lot of mana to make the basket good and with all your better anthems it dosen't seem bad.

Is Call to the Kindred good with you low snake count? seems like you're just asking for card disadvantage. maybe add Plea for Power, Harmonize, or Concentrate over it?

Being as I only have 15 snakes (besides Kaseto) the chances that I'll get one on turn 4 (playing Call to the Kindred on curve) are around 52% if I have already drawn a snake and around 61% if I have not drawn a snake. But here's the thing, the chances just go up the longer I wiff on the card, for example, if I wiff on turn 5's upkeep the chance I get a snake on turn 6's upkeep go to 61% if I have already drawn a snake and 64% if I haven't. With this knowledge it seems that Call to the Kindred is only good at getting snakes when I really need them, something that while not great isn't bad. Altogether although this card is a bad draw engine the fact that its repeatable puts it above those other cards in my mind, if there where more Bident of Thassa style cards I would not be running Call to the Kindred but because there aren't I am.

Thoughts on Warriors' Lesson?

July 7, 2017 11:46 a.m.

ok then what about Deepfathom Skulker? Call to the Kindred's hits don't seem that good anyway. You're best is Seshiro the Anointed and drops off pretty quick from there it looks like

Warriors' Lesson has no place in EDH. If you just want a card that will just draw a few cards, Concentrate and Harmonize are WAY better. But if you really wanna hang with the cool kids, you gotta put in Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury... or you could do Bounty of the Luxa if you wanna keep it cheap.

Trygon Predator is also a good card.

Ack! I'm a bit late; work has been brutal lately. Anyway, here's the comment I owe you, haha.

This probably isn't what you want to hear, but you have most of the things I'd normally suggest for the deck. Personally, I'd try to avoid somewhat suboptimal creatures that are only in the deck due to the snake tribal (like Lorescale Coatl), but that's more personal preference.

One thing you haven't exploited too much is the unblockability aspect, though. Quietus Spike is a nasty little trick you could pull off pretty well with your commander. Or you could do silly things with Kukemssa Pirates or Pygmy Hippo...

Have you considered Slate of Ancestry over Shamanic Revelation? The repeatability is pretty awesome.
