A few Upgrades 5/5. —May 5, 2020

I have been able to add everything that was on my maybe board at the moment. Adding Teferi's Veil, Sundial of the Infinite, Stonybrook banneret, Urza's Incubator, Panharmonicon really helped this deck out!

I also threw in some more card draw in Kindred Discovery. Took out a good chunk of cards, most of which were filler cards such as traitorous instinct or Rey of command. The deck is definitely running more smoothly now! Just need to fix up the mana base!

Followed Footsteps, Rite of Replication and Mirage Mirror would help you out. Galecaster Colossus would do some work in your list; especially if you were to make copies of it. Looks like you could use a bit more card draw.

If you wanna go fast in a tribal deck, Urza's Incubator is where it's at. Kindred Discovery and Vanquisher's Banner are fun, too.

Oh, also, I would rework the ramp package to focus on 2-drops, in addition to Urza's Incubator. I'd lose Curse of Opulence (odd fit in the deck), Darksteel Ingot and Commander Sphere for Arcane Signet, Dimir Signet, Talisman of Creativity, and Talisman of Dominance.

Oh, also, Panharmonicon, Thassa's Oracle, Vedalken AEthermage, and Snapcaster Mage are all good here.

Oh, and sorry this is coming in bursts. I'm just noticing one thing at a time. The other thing that will vastly improve this deck is getting some of the tap lands out. Unfortunately, any dual land touching blue is absurdly expensive, so I won't lecture you on how a fetch/shock/ABU dual manabase is always correct. There are some budget options, though:

Shocks were reprinted relatively recently, so investing in Blood Crypt, Steam Vents, and Watery Grave now will improve your deck's speed, and if you run the slow fetches Bad River, Mountain Valley, and Rocky Tar Pit, the mana should be very consistent, as well. Drowned Catacomb, Dragonskull Summit, Choked Estuary, and Foreboding Ruins also like more basic land types. Grixis Panorama and Ash Barrens are nice, because they can come down untapped or fix!

Temple of the False God is garbage. Being stuck on 3 lands and Temple until turn 6 will slow you down. Yep.

As for tapped lands, Temple of Deceit, Temple of Malice, and Temple of Epiphany are in-print now, so they'll be good replacements for whatever vanilla dual lands are left.

triproberts12 Thanks for the feedback! I honestly haven't touched the land base much, it's from the precon deck, but that's definitely on my radar to eventually improve! I definitely need to get my hands on a Urza's Incubator and a few of the other cards mentioned.
