If I enchant an opponent with Curse of Bloodletting and die the next turn is it still attached to said opponent? Also if he exiled a card out of my library and was able to play it, when I die, is it returned to my library or do I wait untill the game ends?

If a player leaves the game then so does everything they own. Your Curse of Bloodletting will be gone, as well as any of your cards your opponents took control of.

Note that if the opponent took control of something while it was already on the battlefield, it will return to its owner, or most recent controller, under their control, when they leave the game.

More accurately: Everything you own leaves the game together with you. Everything you control that was already on the battlefield returns to the control of it's last controller (which may or may not be the owner), if that control effect didn't end yet. However if you managed to exile a card from your opponent's library and then put it on the battlefield under your control, it will be exiled when you leave the game.

You also don't have a library anymore after you lost the game, just your deck ;)
