Do I choose the order for the cards going to the bottom of the library when I cast Valakut Awakening  ^Flip? I assume I get to choose the order for the cards I'm putting on the bottom of the library, but it's not specifically worded or ruled on.

You get to choose the order. If not, the card would specifically say “in a random order” like on Board the Weatherlight.
