Curse of Opulence

Hello I was wondering exactly who creates a token off of Curse of Opulence's first ability. Is it the controller of the curse or is it other players?
Both the controller of the curse and the attacking player get the tokens. The controller of the curse being the person who cast it, not the player who's cursed (though you could curse yourself to get a benefit from being attacked).

When you curse an opponent you still control the curse, so you get a treasure any time that player is attacked. Then, each opponent who attacks that player gets a token.
