Hey all ! :D so i wanna build an artifact edh with pingers/stax by animating them into creatures eventually. I really like Sydri, Galvanic Genius for this task, mostly because her activated abilities and cuz she has White. Although...i also feel like Katsumasa, the Animator would provide me with free counters to animate them without relying on their cmc = p/t. Wich one would you use as commander? and i would really apreciate a full list of all stax/tax artifacts! and one more: Nurgle's Rot have u broken this card? seems really fun if u can spam it xd.
legendofa considering what i wanna do , wich is ping with "cards in hand = damage" artifacts, and annoy with stax ones...no budget, gimme all u got xd

Bounce: Blood Clock, Crystal Shard, Surgical Skullbomb, Umbilicus
Standard stax/tax effects: Smokestack, Tangle Wire, Winter Orb, Thorn of Amethyst, God-Pharaoh's Statue, Damping Sphere, Trinisphere, Sphere of Resistance, Cursed Totem, Static Orb, Meekstone, Norn's Annex, Mindlock Orb
Artifact creatures with these effects: Viseling, Neurok Replica, Esper Sentinel

Oh my gosh, I had somehow missed looking at Nurgle’s Rot. If you’re looking for that sort of thing check out my mono-black natural disaster deck (actually, also my wubrg one too as there may not be overlap). There are a ton of those roving-removal spells. Super fun!!

I would go with Sydris, with Katsumasa and similar effects in the deck. Sydris's second ability is solid, and white and black offer good options.
Do you have a budget for this deck? Any specific power level or competitiveness?
