Made the first change of three cards to the deck. Still need to play test but seemed on the surface to be a decent change. Took out the following- Brotherhood Outcast Super Mutant Scavenger and Abundant Growth Put in the following- Strong, the Brutish Thespian Hardened Scales and Overseer of Vault 76
