Replaced:
Polukranos, World Eater with Engulfing Slagwurm because honestly Polukranos is pretty underwhelming in this particular deck. Slagwurm is a huge threat that no body wants to block or attack into because It cannot die unless the creature is indestructible or except by a kill or removal spell.
Champion of Lambholt with Ulvenwald Tracker because Champion would either come late game and be useless, or come early game and not end up becoming very useful, the effect itself is great, but it's also pretty underwhelming in this deck that is less about rushing to kill and more about being annoying and winning over time. Plus Ulvenwald is pretty amazing. It's pretty much the only straight up kill (which is quite effective especially with Seedborn Muse out) that green has because as we all know, green's best way of killing is fighting.
I completely forgot about that. Great input, I'm looking for a spot to put it right now

I did consider it, but it just doesn't feel right to me in the deck, though i might consider it again in the future

Just run Ranger's Guile instead of Avoid Fate, it's way better.

Defense of the Heart is at best a cheaper Tooth and Nail and at worst fodder to waste one of your opponents removal spells
