If I cast Dig Through Time with a Courser of Kruphix in play, do i have to reveal each card i look at?

No. Until you put the cards onto the bottom of your library or your hand, they are still just the top seven cards of your library, and they stay in that position even while you're looking at them. You do not have to reveal any of them except the top one (which should be revealed already).

Of course, after the spell has resolved, there will be a new top card which obviously has to be revealed.
