"This deck is not Pioneer Legal"

Ok, I just made a deck list with an Ikoria card, Fiend Artisan, but the Tapped Out site says this is not Pioneer legal? I checked the banned and restricted announcements, but there was no mention of this card being banned. Please explain...when does the site acknowledge cards from the newest set as being "legal"?

How much time after a new set drops does it take for Tapped Out to update?

It's managed by a few people. It takes time.
