How does U/W Control do in Pioneer?

Considering building an U/W control list to break into pioneer with, how well does it do? Any really bad match ups?

I made this initial list Control with too many wincons
But I see some obvious upgrades I can make

I've played against UW Control in Pioneer.
I feel it is stronger than UB.
The meta is quite fast. That means Control usually wins the first game, but not the other two.
I would think about having a transformative Sideboard, to put more little Creatures in the post-sideboard games.
