Rainbow+Colorless= Prevention

I'm searching for any cards that have the ability to prevent the opponent from doing things like casting spells, using instants, etc. and continually keep him/her from playing. For instance, i have:
- 2x Drannith Magistrate
- 2x Thalia, Heretic Cathar
- 2x Thought-Knot Seer
- 2x Tithe Taker
- 2x Tocatli Honor Guard
- 2x God-Pharaoh's Statue
- 4x Silence
- 1x Solemnity
- 4x Violent Impact
And so on. So I need prevention cards and ways to keep my opponent from doing anything. I'm not sure if Violent Impact is worth it; will it remove enough lands to where my opponent isn't putting them on his upkeep each turn? It's not like placing a land during upkeep takes a turn or anything.
That's legal in commander, not Pioneer. This is the Pioneer forum. When I said CMC I meant Converted Mana Cost.

is there any way you can make it to have any of one color or more but not more than one of the same color? I've tried it with scryfall but there's no option in the search engine to do so I don't think.

This one will show any instant, sorceries, artifacts and enchantments of 5 CMC or greater legal for pioneer. I havent been able to figure out limiting the colored mana counts:Any instant, sorcery, artifact and enchantments of 5 CMC or greater legal for pioneer

Are there any cards anyone can recommend? I've found that the higher mana cost cards that have have any of one color or more but not more than one of the same color, just suck mostly. I imagined that higher mana cost would mean better cards, but most of them are like convoke or something else, or just plain do what cheaper cards can do better. -_-

Here's what I found so far:
What happened to blue player's lands?!
Very useful if I don't want to be hurt, and it reflects damage onto creatures.
I could easily use this when I finally get my Jegantha going and use this card:
I can use this to untap Jegantha, only to tap her again, thus having two chances to cast cards that are above my manabase cost as long as Jodah lives.
Great for instants and sorceries.
Greatly weaken your opponent while gaining even more life.

Another good one. Keep my Jodah and Jegantha alive, but destroy all others.

Swarm Intelligence, a nice big card useful for the previous cards, and Metamorphic Alteration is useful for keeping Jodah on the field.

MagicMarc turns out Scryfall has the incredible feature of autofilling code for companion requirements, and all I had to do was add "legal:pioneer" and "cmc:>4". Thanks for asking ;)

Ahh thanks so much, Omniscience_is_life! I'm actually glad this contains creatures, as I need creatures, but it will take me a long time to look through all of these haha!

Can anyone recommend cards? I looked through like 900 cards and only found a few useful cards. I would like to run wizard tribal, but those are not always the best. My favorite cards i've found so far are Sage of the Inward Eye and Warden of the Eye. Both Djinn Wizards and both very useful. I might run these cards with some other cards, but I don't want to run Eldrazi just because unless they're indestructible and hexproof, they will be hated or destroyed or imprisoned.

If you shared your decklist and design goal people would have a better idea of what you are looking for.
It's really hard to make suggestions when no one knows even the available colors you are asking for help with.
We don't even know why you have such stringent mana requirements even.
