Ifh-Biff Efreet in PDH

I wanna make a mono green PDH deck and it says Ifh-Biff Efreet is a common in the Masters Edition, but the color is gold which usually means that a card is rare. Is this just a site error or is it actually legal in PDH?
I didn't necessarily mean to use the efreet as a commander, but use it in the 99 of another deck that generates a bunch of mana.

Scryfall says it was never printed at common, I guess your out of luck. :P

First, if a card is legal on scryfall, it's legal (unless it was never printed in paper in any rarity)
Second just use Squallmonger if that dosen't work :)
