Double Sleeving?

I bought some Dragon Shield sleeves for my commander deck and I want to double sleeve it, but I don't know what sleeves to get for double sleeving so recommendations are needed, thanks. (Inner sleeves)

I would google Tolarian Community College. The Professor has a report card for every product he has ever reviewed, including inner sleeves. I use KMC Perfect Fits for my inner sleeves based on his recommendation and test results.

I really like KMC Perfect Fits too.
ellie-is is right that side-loaders are much easier to put on, but FWIW I'm not a big fan. A normal upside-down inner sleeve will protect the card from even the most serious spills, while a side-loader will leave one corner unprotected.

If you're going to double sleeve, upside down inner fit in a regular sleeve is great. I just put in new KMC perfect fits and Matte Dragon Shields for my EDH deck yesterday. If liquid is spilled on the card, side loaders do jack shit whereas you stand a chance with regular double sleeving. Never had an issue with KMC perfect fits, btw. They are well regarded in general.
There's definitely a technique to making sure the perfect fit doesn't have a gap at the top, but double sleeving is way less difficult than people make it out to be.
Oh, and don't forget to press all the air out of the sleeves. Otherwise you'll end up with 4 times as thick of a deck.

As a person who double sleeves every single one of his commander decks, use the Dragon Shield Matte (Art Matte if you can afford ~$20 US for a 100 sleeve pack, but they're AMAZEBALLS!) and the Durgan Shell inner sleeves. Attempting to double sleeve without without the DS inners is an exercise in WANTING TO BURN YOUR DECK WITH DIESEL FUEL before you're halfway through.
Also, if you use any of the regular matte Durka Shill sleeves that aren't of a darker color (green is not, repeat NOT a dark color in this instance), you will want to use the Smoke whiner shleeves.
TL;DR Always (if you can, and they're available, obviously) use the same manufacturer for the outer sleeves and inners.

TheDevicer , ork_mcgork , and clayperce the problem with KMC perfect fits are that they seem to be going down in quality, and I use dragon shield matte sleeves as the outer sleeves and i've heard that they're quite difficult to double sleeve.

I've used KMC Perfect Fit inners for ~3 years now, and Dragon Shield Mattes as my outers for ~6 months. I've personally seen zero difference in the Perfect Fits over that time, and never had an issue with double-sleeving the two. Obviously though (based on what you've heard), mileage may vary ...

Dragon Shield Clear Perfect Fit Sideloaders are the best. :) They're very easy to put on, too, which's good if you've got a hundred cards to sleeve.
