So, the challenge is to make the most competitive deck possible for any format using only the cards in my collection. I will playtest each submission and announce the winner. The winner gets bragging rights. Also, the basic lands are not all listed. I have as many basic lands as you need.

This is still on the casual side, power level wise, but it's functional and it won't give you trouble casting your spells. Some synergy. And you can update it as your collection grows. A very budget addition that could make the deck play a lot better, would be playsets of Act of Treason and Claim the Firstborn
